With a PhD in Biology from King’s College London and over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience, I am dedicated to advancing biology education. As Principal Examiner of Biology and Chief Examiner for Science at CATS University Foundation Programme, I lead curriculum design, assessment standardisation, and examiner training, ensuring students are prepared for university success. Throughout my career, I’ve developed engaging curricula, mentored educators, and supported learners in the UK and internationally. My roles in secondary and higher education, alongside examining for OCR, Edexcel IB, and AQA, reflect my commitment to excellence and fostering student achievement. I am passionate about making biology accessible and inspiring through technology and innovative teaching. My multicultural experience informs my inclusive approach, tailored to diverse learners.
