About Joana

Hey, I’m Joana! Im a Medicine student at Trinity College Dublin and graduated M24. When I’m not delving into anatomy textbooks, you’ll find me playing volleyball, listening to music, or watching formula 1. I’ve always been passionate about sciences and english, and would love to inspire the same in you! I hope to help other students achieve success the way I did, by providing both knowledge and resources. I can’t wait to help out the next generation of students :)

About your lesson

I have always enjoyed helping my peers, and I understand the importance of working with and learning from others when navigating through this rigorous programme. I found that regularly revising topics I struggled with (through diagrams, flashcards, summarised notes) and doing plenty of past paper questions helped me learn most effectively. In teaching, I find that interactive problem solving helps most with solidifying understanding. Of course, I would be more than happy to accommodate for any learning styles that work best for you! I have experience with tutoring students of various ages, which has made me an adaptable teacher.
